Illustrator Libraries edit colours adding pink swatch

When I try to edit a libraries swatch in Illustrator it sometimes just adds a Pink swatch to the swatches palette. Specifically R255 G0 B128, everytime.

This happens if I double click or if I right click - edit. I can edit them in Indesign and Photoshop as normal, so this certainly seems to be an Illustrator problem. I've had it happen on two Windows systems. And it only seems to happen with certain colours and not all the time.

Anyone got any ideas?

I had this problem, too, but only with Global swatches. If I recreate the swatches as not-global and re-add them to my library, the issue goes away.

I can replicate that, seems to happen with Global colors added to a CC Library.

When added to another document from the CC library, they lose their name and become a magenta spot color.
