Illustrator loses links to the files

Hello, I have a problem with illustrator. After the last update, when I open a work as an illustrator, (on the net) I lose all the connections and I have to reconnect all the files, only it does not give the path and many do not know where they are. If my colleague opens the files, the links are all ok, why can't mine see them anymore? The settings are the same

What do you mean by on the net? A cloud folder?

And is your colleague using the same OS as you?

I mean files that I have in a networked nas. The nas is from Qnap which uses its linux based operating system. I use windows 10. The strange thing is that it only happens to me, the other connected pc has no problems. We have the same operating system and the same programs and the same network folders. If I open a file, the links are missing. If he opens the file he has all the links are ok, if he saves it and I reopen it I the links are missing. If, on the other hand, I reconnect the connections and save it, he opens it without problems and even if I reopen it, after having reconnected everything, I have no problems. If it's some bad network connection if I save him he shouldn't have the correct connections. I don't understand what it could be. Then with illustrator you don't know what the original path of the missing file was and there is not even a preview (as opposed to Indesign) and it is very nerve-wracking.

Any idea?

Thanks a lot
