Illustrator (ma anche photoshop, indesign e dreamweaver) lento su surface pro 4?

Ho un problema con il mio microsoft surface pro 4, illustrator (e altri programmi cc2018) è davvero lento e presenta dei lag.

Il sistema ha i driver più recenti installati, ho provato a installare la versione cc 2017 ma il problema persiste.

queste sono le mie specifiche:

processore: intel core i7 6650u CPU 2.20GHz 2.21GHz

RAM: 16Gb

GPU: intel iris graphics 540

I already tried, I also try to rename the "adobe illustrator settings" folder, but that didn't work.
