Hi there! A few days ago my Illustrator 2024 starts acting weird. After saving as PDF any document with or whitout texts, the result is a blank page. If I try to use the "save as web", it occurs an unknown problem and it doesn't work. As I need to address the problem fast, I downloaded a beta version of the program and it worked a couple of days, but now it has the same problems. It happened with different documents, all of them, is not a random problem. I tried to remove the PDF settings folder renaming it as Old Settings and creating a new one but the probem persists. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Srihsti, thanks for your fast reply. I think I've discovered the problem. It happened with a all the files I tried but I realized all of them were from the same client. It looks like all of them have the same Google Typography (even the ones I thoght had no text on them they had it on a non visible layer). I replaced the font in my Typography Catalog for a copy of the same Font and now it worked, so it may be a case of type malfunction.

Thank you again, I think the problem is solved so far.

Best, Antonio,

Hi @Antonio383146608jzq

I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please provide a few more details?

  • What operating system are you using, and could you confirm the exact version of Illustrator?
  • Are you working in a shared environment?
  • Is the issue specific to a particular file? If not, could you please clarify where these exported files are being saved (System HDD, Network Drive, Shared Drive, Cloud Storage)?

We're here to assist you, and gathering this information will help us better understand and address the issue.

Regards,

Srishti
