Illustrator makes my computer frozen and I am unable to do anything

Question

I uninstalled illustrator because it was freezing my computer forcing me to do a forced restart and losing all the information I had opened. I reinstalled it and I didn't know have issues for a while but now it is doing it again. I previously asked for help here and nothing they posted was useful to solve my problem. I don't know what to do my computer and internet are super fast! It is only illustrator the software that is giving me headaches! Help please! Thanks!
