Illustrator memori temperature

Simply launching Illustrator causes the PC's RAM operating speed to spike dramatically.

*The average speed during normal operation is around 1000 MHz, but it jumps to over 7000 MHz when Illustrator is launched.
 

As a result, the PC's temperature rises, leading to system freezes or forced shutdowns.

How can I resolve this issue of the RAM operating speed increasing excessively?

    As a side note, the CPU operating speed also increases when Illustrator is launched.

    The average speed is 500 MHz, but it rises to 1500 MHz when Illustrator starts up.

    Thanks for reaching out, and thanks for the detailed specs, that helps a lot.

    Good news first: what you are seeing with the clock speeds is very likely normal power management rather than a fault. When a PC is idle, the CPU, GPU and memory all ramp down to low clock speeds to save energy, and they ramp back up when an app like Illustrator starts using them. That part is expected behaviour and nothing to worry about on its own.


    The freezes and shutdowns are the part worth digging into, here are a few things are worth trying:

      Thank you very much for your advice.

      I tried the advice and monitored the situation for a few days, but things did not improve.
      I suppose this is something that cannot be helped.

      It may be difficult to improve the Illustrator system itself at this stage, but I hope to see improvements in the future.
