Illustrator menus

I'm on the new Mac Studio. When the computer is put to sleep, all the tool menus are placed in the upper left corner of the monitor when I wake it up and the tool menus become half hidden even though I set the workspace. Doe anyone have an idea as to why this is happening? I'll attach a screen capture if no one understands what I am chatting about. Thank you in advance
