Illustrator mouse wheel scroll speed is scrolling very very little.

Question

When I scroll in any illustrator window with my mouse wheel it scrolls very slow.

for example scrolling fonts, its one font at a time when yesterday it was a dozen or so.

I checked all of my settings and used a different mouse its not my mouse or my computer. Its an illustrator issue.

Could you share more details, such as the exact versions of the OS/Illustrator installed, and whether this started happening after a recent update/change, so we can better assist you?Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/4wa7bbT) and share your observations.Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings.
