Illustrator não reconhece Wacom CTL-472

Estou enfrentando um problema com minha Wacom CTL-472 ao tentar usar o Illustrator (última versão).

O Illustrator não reconhece o dispositivo. Pede para que eu atualize os drivers da Wacom.

1 - Os drivers estão atualizados

2 - Já desinstalei, reinstalei a Wacom, seus drivers e registros por 3 vezes, sem sucesso

3 - Quando forço o uso no Illustrator, a opção de pressão da caneta não está disponível.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Michele and Marcelogabeira's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, could you try performing a clean reinstallation of the Wacom drivers by following the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/44QX1ln) to see if it helps?

Also, try disabling Windows Ink in the tablet settings and share your observations.
