Illustrator ne s'ouvre plus

Bonjour,

Illustrator ne s'ouvre plus, ce message d'erreur s'affiche et si je clique sur relancer, rien ne se passe.

J'ai dé-installer Illustrator, re-démarrer mon Mac, dé-installer les périphériques de ma tablette Bamboo Fun, rien n'y fait.

Did you reset the preferences as well?

Yes it worked perfectly fine until yesterday.

It started when I notice I could not open some ai. file.

So I restarted my computer and this error message pop up.

I also reset the preferences.
