Illustrator new file don't work also all taps like saved print web recent are empty

_I tried lagecy file in preference and not working

_Also uxp to uxp.old

_I reset preference and failed

_I try to fix permission in (program data/Adobe ) and

(Program file/Adobe )

(User/ appData/ illustrator 29 settings ) also not working

One thing you did not list yet was uninstalling an reinstalling Illustrator via the Creative Cloud App. Have you tried this as well? Maybe also try installing a version lower (2024) and see if it works there. When uninstalling also delete your preferences.
