illustrator new version makes problems with hebrew punctuation

after update illustator start makeing some punctuation problems with at least 2 fonts (heebo and narkis-tam-mf)

is there any preference i should change?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the following steps in order and checking if it helps:

Open the Creative Cloud application and uninstall Illustrator.
Then navigate to preferences and select the tab for Apps.
From the list of languages, choose either the Arabic or Hebrew languages:

English Arabic -
English Hebrew -
Reinstall Illustrator.

Thanks. i've installed it as you said on English Hebrew - but still this error occours

Are these Adobe fonts?
Have you tried updating to the latest version of Illustrator (v27) to check if it helps?
Which version of Illustrator was installed when this worked correctly?
