buen dia, no me esta funcionando illustrator algunas funciones estan bloqueadas, como la barra de menú

y no me deja cambiar la mesa de trabajo esta es la version actualizada 28.6

no me funciono ninguna de las anteriores y todo lo que me recomendaron , me toco fue formatear la computadora y ahi si ya me esta funcionando normal illustrator, gracias .

No, el programa inicia correctamente y no queda en blanco. Sin embargo, al intentar hacer clic en cualquiera de las opciones de la barra de menú, estas no responden. Por ejemplo, al seleccionar Archivo, Edición, Objeto, Texto, Seleccionar, Ventana o Ayuda, todas estas funciones están bloqueadas y no me permiten interactuar. Además, la opción para cambiar el espacio de trabajo tampoco funciona. Todas estas funciones se encuentran inoperativas
