Illustrator no pasa de la venta de carga.

Cuando intento abrir Illustrator se queda en la ventana de carga. Es la ultima actualizacion y la maquina que tengo es un MacBook Pro del 2023. Lo desinstale y reinstale y sigue igual. Lo mismo me pasa con Photoshop. Alguien sabe que sucede.

We have received several reports of apps crashing or becoming unresponsive after launch, particularly following the release of version 28.6. Unlike generic crashes, this issue specifically causes all Adobe apps to get stuck at the splash screen or enter a “not responding” state, preventing them from launching. The problem has been traced to certain Beta Adobe applications related to video composition and editing. We recommend updating all Beta and released versions of video-specific Adobe applications on your system, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder. After updating, please relaunch Illustrator to see if this resolves the issue.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. As mentioned by Monika a few other users have reported a similar issue, and we have found that completely reinstalling the applications helps resolve it. While our team is working on resolving this issue, could you please try the following steps and let us know your observations:

 

  • Close all Adobe applications.
  • Remove Illustrator and other affected apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: https://adobe.ly/3LZDS68.
  • Reinstall apps using the Creative Cloud Desktop application: https://adobe.ly/3LX80PC.
  • Relaunch Illustrator.

Do you have beta apps installed? Some issues appeared today connected with beta apps. So if you have them, try and uninstall the betas.

If that does not help: did you run the Cleaner tool in between uninstalling and reinstalling? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html The Cleaner tool can make the difference.

    @pedro37539116e643 one of my students had this issue while running both Illustrator and photoshop at the same time. She was having issues. She tried closing Photoshop but Illustrator just hanged there...so I suggested for the time being, uninstall Photoshop. And Illustrator worked. I also suggested to use an older Phootshop 2023, the one without the Beta or AI as it takes so much RAM. Try that out
