Illustrator no puede guardar debido a errores inesperados.

Hola, desde hace tiempo se me presenta este problema cuando intento guardar archivos grandes. Los archivos son nuevos, es decir, no son archivos que alguien mas me compartiera y puedan estar corruptos o dañados. Mi computadora es considerablemente potente, 32GB en RAM, tarjeta grafica NVIDIA de 6GB y Procesador Core i5 12450HX. No entiendo porque pasa esto, solo sucede con archivos grandes. Espero que me puedan ayudar.

Adjunto, dejo el mensaje que me muestra Illustrator.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you share more details, like the version of Illustrator installed, and if this happens with all files or files from a particular folder location (internal/external/network drive or a cloud-synced folder like Dropbox), so I can better assist you?

Hola, la version que tengo instalada es la ultima actualizacion (29.7.1). Todo mi trabajo esta almacenado en Google Drive, lo extraño es que sucuede solo en ciertas ocasiones. No he notado un patron especifico, salvo el hecho de que sucede con archivos grandes, mas de 10 o 15MB.

Hi @ungatara,

Thanks for confirming the details. Since the issue happens mainly with large files saved to Google Drive, please try first saving a copy of the same file locally to your desktop or an internal drive and see if the error still occurs. You can then move the saved file back to Google Drive. Also, go to Preferences > File Handling and disable 'Save in Background' to check if that helps. If the problem continues even when saving locally with background save turned off, please let me know.
