Illustrator not displaying correctly.

Hi,

Im hoping someone can help me with a problem Im having. Illustrator does not seem to be displaying the colours of my shapes correctly. Its hard to explain, hopefully you can see what I mean in the attached image.

Obviously the green lines are the outline and the teal should be completely filling the section inside, but its not.

Does anyone know why this might be happening (it wasnt before)?
