Illustrator Not Letting Me Open Files

Illustrator is giving me an error when trying to open certain files.

I have logged out of Illustrator on both my ipad and Macbook. I have deleted and redownloaded the app. And I am still not able to open certain files. Any suggestions?

Hello @Jami Creates,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to sign out of your Creative Cloud apps and then signing back in using a different Adobe account that you might have used or using one of the Social sign-in options, such as Facebook/Google/etc., to check if it helps?

This did not help. When i go into Creative Cloud to look at the files Im having issues, it shows me as the owner, but then when i try and open it says i dont have access.
