Illustrator not opening any file, even new

Question

Illustrator not opening any file, even new ones. When i click new file, i see the Loading process, but it always crashes after some % loading.

I tried to uninstall, reinstall, rename UXP, modify printer settings, modify windows display settings... install an older version, but nothing seem to work. Please help !
