Illustrator not responding

i have all the time a not responding issues ' i just formatted the computer cleaned all the folders and installed everything , thought it would help the programme to be more faster and react faster , but i see its still the same !

what can i do more

If you are using an older version of Illustrator with a current Mac or Windows operating system then you might expect the behavior that you have described. Certainly this may very well be true if you are using CS6 or earlier.
