Illustrator Not Responding

When I try to change spot color to process color, Illustrator Automatically got Error and Not responding

Kindly help me with this immediately

Are you creating your own "PANTONE Blue 072 C"?

Does look like this is not the spot color from the Pantone color book.

If you have those installed, try to make it a Book color and try again.
