Illustrator not responding

It happens today, my illustrator just take forever to launch and open a new file. Not sure what happened. I tried restarting the computer and it work a little but doesn't work for the next file. Then I try reinstall and it doesn't work. Then I try using the creative cloud cleaner and reinstalled everything and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do now. My computer is very powerful I suppose, 64 gb ram and i9-13900k with pro art motherboard, and 4080. Is there anything I can do?

Which system is it?

Is a printer set up as the default printer? In Windows you might need to setup your printer after every update.
