Illustrator not running on dedicated graphics

Hello,

I am running adobe illustrator on my asus rog zephyrus g14 2022. It has a dedicated graphics card of Radeon RX6800s and an intergrated graphics card of Radeon (TM) graphics. Whenever I run adobe illustrator and go to Edit>Preferences>Performance it says no compatible gpu although the gpu is running and if I check my taskbar settings I see it is not working. As a result, I cannot use features like gpu preview and all other of it.

If someone got a solution for this problem please help me out with it. I am working hard to solve this problem. I have a small solution. Whenever I turn off the integrated graphics it works only then. But I want it to work always even if the integrated graphics is on. I tried putting it to high performance at graphics settings but It all remains the same. I am really tired of it please someone help me out with it.

Hello @Shadman Sadiq,

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/41jqlgC) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
