Illustrator not saving last changes

Hello I have a SERIOUS problem since last update.

Our Illustrator 25.2.1 (OS Mojave) is not saving correctly the files. Every 10 files saved (approximately) 1 is not saved with last changes and this causes us a lot of problems with clients!!

How can we solve this issue?

Please try and turn off "Save in background" in the preferences.

Does this happen when you save to a network?

Ok I've turned off "Save in Background".

Yes it happens when we save in our Network (not online but on an internal server).

Is it a known issue?

We'll see in the next days if the problem is solved.

Saving to servers has caused issues for people.

There is a setting to optimize saving over networks. You can try if turning that on or off makes a difference.

If that all doesn't help, try if the network has settings that make it better. That may be anything, sorry for being vague.
