Illustrator not working, giving an error.

Hey i recently moved illustrator folder from C drive to E drive and now when i open it gives me an error adibePIE.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. 
error status 0xc000012f

Don't do that! Reinstall AI on the C drive. AI will not function properly on any drive other than the one on which the System is installed.

    i did put it back to its original location but it still doesnt work

    Did you just move the folder or did you do a full reinstall with a replacement of the preferences?
