Illustrator occasionally crashes when printing

I’m reposting this as it appears my previous post has disappeared, hoping a mod can take a look at an error log?

My illustrator keeps on crashing when I hit ‘print’ on the print dialog box. It’s not every time and happens on complex files as well as basic files across multiple printers.

Two of the most recent error logs can be found here.

 

I’ve tried a complete re-installation of Ai but still have the issue and I don’t get the issue from inDesign.

    Our team is still investigating the issue. Could you please save the reports along with the crash dump on your computer, save it to a file-sharing service, and share a link to the files here, so we can investigate further?

    What kind of printer is it?

    Is it networked with a printer queue?

    Where is the file located?

    Are all the fonts OK?

    Hi Monika,

     

    Both printers that have the issue are large format printers.

    They are both ‘virtual printers’ hosted on a networked windows PC.

    The files are either opened locally on a mac or from networked storage.

    All fonts are fine (usually outlined)

     

    We do print from another identical Mac mini that runs the same software without issue.

    Crashes in the middle of work are genuinely disruptive, and we'd like to help you get to a fix as quickly as possible. Please try the following:

    1. Work through the troubleshooting steps in this help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html
    2. Submit the Illustrator crash report using your Adobe email address and share the crash ID here for tracking. Steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html


    The crash report provides the product team with the data they need to identify the root cause and recommend next steps. In the meantime, I will share the macOS crash logs with the product team to see if we can find anything from there.
