Illustrator" Open" and "Save As" vs. "Print to PDF" dialog box default positions

Illustrator" Open" and "Save As" dialog box default screen positions are in one place and "Print to PDF" dialog box defaults to another place.  Even if I move them around after they open, the boxes still never open in the same position on my screen.  

 

Please see my attachments.  Computer specs below; I'm on Illustrator version 28.5.

Why does this happen and is there a way to make all of these dialog boxes always open in the same spot by default on my screen?  This annoying little glitch happens to all of my collegues at my work as well, not just me.

 

This issue is more of an annoyance than an actual problem, but would still be nice to not have this occur.

Hello @Emac_trademark,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to save/export the file after changing the window location and then retrying save/export to see if it remembers the last window position used? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

I'm saving files all day long after changing window location, this is not the solution.  Per your second suggestion, as mentioned in my original post, " This annoying little glitch happens to all of my collegues at my work as well, not just me."
