Hi, when I start the VPN connection Illustrator (26.3.1) become really slow.

I work only on file on my PC with illustrator installed on it. 64 GB RAM, i7-9700 3.00 GHZ CPU.

Closing the VPN connection the situation won't  improve the situation. I must restart.

I tryed block any outgoing connection of illustrator using firewall, but no result.

Hello @mmanicar,

Thanks for getting back. Illustrator does work in network-based environments, however, it involves a lot more factors that are beyond our control. I am afraid we have limited support on VPN-related issues; you can however try whitelisting the endpoints listed in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html).

I hope this info helps you.

Regards.

Hello @mmanicar,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try excluding Creative Cloud, CC Library, CCX Process, and Illustrator from the VPN app (Split Tunneling) and check if it helps.

Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Anubhav

Ok, but it seems to be really complcate ti set-up split tunneling for  Adobe applications... I think I'll need to know every domain to which the Apps try to connect.

Can you help me or suggest a different solution?

Thank you
