Illustrator / Partager ne marche pas

Bonjour

Je partage un fichier Illustrator dans le réseau de ma société, pour que mes collègues me donnent ses avis.

Je partage le lien, je l'obtient de l'interface (bouton "Partager" en haut à droite). Selon Adobe il suffit d'avoir l'adresse de l'illustration pour se connecter et faire des commentaires us l'illustration.

Mais quelque chose se passe pour mes collègues, en demandant créer un compte Adobe ou utiliser un compte Google...

C'est un problème Adobe?

Hello
It doesn't work.

I did the steps described:

Then I send the link to my colleagues via Teams.
Colleagues on the same network, the same company (Manufacture Française de Pneumatiques MICHELIN).
But the browser asks for the e-mail (!?), and then even when they enter the Michelin e-mail address, Adobe shows a message indicating that they don't have access 😞

Do you have an idea why this happens?

Thanks for sharing the details. It could be possible that your colleagues don't have access to Creative Cloud. As a workaround, would you mind sharing the link as Public (Anyone with the link can comment) and checking if it helps?
