Illustrator pen pressure issues using Wacom

I checked pressure on brush size. It's supposed to draw thicker when I apply more pressure.

However, it gets Thinner when I apply more pressure. Why did this happen? I'm using Wacom tablet.

Correct answer Iridium31

Which system, which tablet, which tablet driver and which version of Illustrator is this?

I think i found the answer, the problem was on pen.

It can't take too much pressure, and overflows. So as long as I don't give too much pressure, it seems to work correctly. Thanks.

Hi, I don't really see this as a fix, as you apply pressure you want the stroke to thicken, My line starts at it's max size and then gets thinner as i apply pressure, getting these tear drop shapes on the end of my strokes, as appose to tappering off.

Is there not a way to correct this? Pen and Wacom work perfectly in photoshop

More to the above, the issue is specifically with the Classic Brush tool, not the Fluid brush tool, that works, I won't say well, but it works.

Confuses me that the company that makes Photoshop, can't get the drawing function on Animate to work as well?

Please try and reset the Wacom preferences.

I did, but it didn't work. It's still inverted.

But the tablet works normally on photoshop.
