Illustrator Plugin Issues and Not Launching

Hi all,

I seem to be having some problems with my Illustrator program upon launch.

It gives me an error message instantly when trying to open the program that says "The operation cannot be competed because of an unknown error. [CANT]" and after clicking the "OK" button on said dialog window it displays another pop up window showing a long list of plugins that have had errors uploading (see pics). Again, after clicking "OK" on this window it launches a "safemode" dialog window and I have the option of going into that or closing the program.

So far I have uninstalled Ai, run the CC Cleaner Tool, reinstalled Ai, and still get the same exact error. I have searched the internet AND this forum area for everything that I can find and still I cannot get this problem fixed.

If anyone has ANY advice it would be of great help as I'm at my wits end with this, its absurd (and I NEED to be using this program for school work that I am now already behind in!!!)

Thanks Y'all,

~G

Just in case, can you confirm that you have purged your preferences?

I'm no too experienced in much of this so I have no idea what that means... is there a guide I can follow somewhere? I'm sorry, maybe I'm not searching the correct terms but I cannot find anything on this online
