Illustrator problem

Hi! Lately Illustrator (2024) is working so bad. It blocks or closes by itself. Anyone have a solution?

Which version exactly is it? Please give us the number in About Illustrator.

28.0 version.

I don't know what you mean about system or hardware, where can I find that?

Is your computer a Mac, a Windows PC or an iPad?

By system, Monika means what operating system (and version); in the case of Windows that could be some version of Win10 or Win11, either "home" or "pro." In regards to hardware that means the CPU in your computer, how much RAM it has, what kind of video card is installed inside, etc. Those details can be found in the Settings dialog box.
