Today Illustrator gives many errors: UKCO unknown. It happens with each step which I take. Newest version Mac, 27.8  So I cannot proceed. I saw in earlier posts (february) that this happened as well. Any solutions? Translation: the operation could not be completed due to an unknown error

Hello everyone,

Thanks for your patience. Our team has made some improvements in the latest version of Illustrator v27.8.1, which should help alleviate the trouble you're having with Illustrator. Would you mind trying to update to the latest Illustrator version and sharing your observations?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

I got this message today, not to do with Image Trace, but every time I open the application I get the warning.  I can hit ok and open the program, but every time I click on something, move it, or do anything to it, the warning dialog box pops up.  You can imagine how frustrating this can be.

Illustrator auto-updated today.  I uninstalled and re-installed the program and still get the same error.  Anyone have this issue?  Using MacBook Pro 16" 2019, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB.

YES, I'm having the exact same issue. Same MacBook model, running macOS Monterey (v12.6.8), and an identical error message. Illustrator version currently sitting on v27.8, which CC reports as the latest version.
