Illustrator Projects Opening Blank

Good Morning,

I have been working on an illustrator project for the past few weeks. Today, when opening it, every artboard except the first was deleted, and said artboard is completely blank.

The thumbnail looks like this;

but opening the project looks like this.

I have shared the link to the project here, I am not sure what the issue is or how to fix it.

This is Adobe Illustrator 2024 28.7.1, and I am on windows 11.
