ILLUSTRATOR RESTARTS WHEN OPEN THE 3D TOOL

Download a texture from Substance 3D Community, and install it from the 3D effect window, applying it restarts Illustrator. Now, every time I even want to open the 3D window, it restarts, and doesn't even give me a chance to delete the texture.

I already uninstalled illustrator twice, tried to delete any registry I could find, used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool app and the problem continues.

Enter the contents of the illustrator folder (mac) and the textures that come by default appear "but not the one I installed" I don't know where the texture was installed...
