Illustrator Review Link Won't Update - Stuck in Loading Loop

Hello, 

 

I use the share feature in Adobe Illustrator rather frequently due to the nature of my work. As of last week there are several files that stopped allowing me to update or create new review links. When I click the share button I get an endless loading loop (screenshot below) I'm also currently working with the lastest version of Illustrator. I've tried closeing and reopening the app, but nothing I do seems to work. 

 

It's currently driving me crazy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello @ellentopitzer,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:
- Close all Adobe applications

- Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application using the tool (https://adobe.ly/3TacZRB)
- Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3UOHwFP)
- Relaunch Illustrator
