Illustrator's terrible performance

I have a good PC with 32GB RAM, i5 12400f CPU, RTX 3050 GPU, 512GB SSD, 2TB HDD. When I work, some files have 1~2GB size it ok, also some files only have a few MB, it supper laggy and uses a lot of RAM, SSD storage. Otherwise, all files in Corel Draw, everything smooth
If someone know how to overcome this issue, please help me
