Illustrator script – is there a way to address CC Library items by script?

A couple of years ago it was not possible to address CC Library items by script.

Did this change until now?

If so: Is there any documentation about it?

As far as I know, nothing is changing. While users are not massively demanding improvements, the chances of their appearance are near zero. Cloud documents can be opened via ExtendScript, but not libraries.
