Illustrator slowing down caused by TEMP files

So here is my problem. When I start working in illustrator everything seems to be fine but after hour performance start to slow down more and more every hour. The most noticable thing is selecting objects. I select object by clicking and than after second the layers bounding box shows up. To make it fast again I have to restart Illustrator. The problem doesn't appear when I create new document. So I narrowed my search for cause to TEMP files. While program was running (slow) I delated TEMP files ( only those that Windows let me beacuse Illustrator was still on) and performance went back to normal. So what's going on with that ?

Running Win11, I9-13900, RTX 4090, 64GB RAM, All Adobe programs up to date.
