Illustrator slows down automatically

This happens usually when my laptop gets any windows 11 updates or any firmware updates. 

I am not sure how both are connected but whenever such thing happens, post updates Illustrator starts working very slow. It lags tremendously.

I tried almost all the solution available, like resetting preferences, turning on/off GPU etc.

The only solution which works for me is to completely uninstall the entire creative suit through Adobe Cleaner and re-install everything as fresh.

After this, illustrator again works fine. But this event causes a lot of time loss and I have readjust my workspace again and again.

I have a high end laptop, with 32gb ram, core ultra 9 processor, 5070 Ti GPU.

Help needed to fix it!
