Hello i can't find the smooth tool option

can somone help me?

What kind of smooth tool options are you looking for? The tool itself? The possiblity to switch to it from the pencil tool? The Smooth function in the Object menu?

 

Is your tool panel set to the extended or is it just the basic toolbar? Check out Window > Toolbars
