Illustrator solo ha podido leer el archivo parcialmente

Hola,

 

Me aparece este mensaje por primera vez. No se abre el archivo, solo una mesa de trabajo con una imagen de error pero en la home de illustrator, en archivos recientes, sí aparece el archivo con imagen de las mesas de trabajo.

 

¿Hay alguna forma de recuperarlo?

We recognize that technical challenges can be disheartening in the middle of work. Could you please provide additional information, such as the precise version of your operating system and Illustrator, the location where the file was saved (internal/external/network drive or a cloud-synced folder like google drive/dropbox/etc. or if it was saved as a cloud document, a sample file (https://adobe.ly/3UN3cSP), and a screen recording of the issue (https://adobe.ly/3I9kGkw)? This data will greatly assist us in investigating this further.
