Illustrator Startup Issue with Spinning Color Wheel

Hi,

On my M2 Max MacBook, when I launch Illustrator, the startup screen consistently shows a spinning color wheel until the process completes. Is this normal?

As far as I know, my computer is not experiencing any other issues, and it is a new device. How can I resolve this matter?
