Illustrator stop answering

Hello Everyone! Recently I've working with Illustrator CC 2017 but, sometimes this program stop answering when I wanna save a project. Take account that It's the unique program that I use on my PC that have:

8 GB - RAM

Intel Core i5 3.7 GHz

1 TB - Hard Disk

NVIDIA accelerating card of video

MSI - CPU (Model MS-7817)

THis only happens when saving?

Do you use any third party plugins?

Is a printer connected and turned on?

Where do you save your files?

    Exactly! This only happens when I save

    I don't use any pluggins

    I use some downloaded fonts

    Yes, I have a patterns printer and a normal printer

    I save my files at My Documents

    Is one of those printers assigned as default printer in your system?

    Is it turned on?

    Does this also happen with other fonts?
