Hello everyone. 
Today illustrator stopped working on my MacOS (Monterey 12.1) M1... 
when opening an eps file it crashes and throws an error. 
What could be the problem? I already tried reinstalling, didn't help.

And that EPS is OK, you are sure about it?

What's in the EPS?

Do you have a printer connected?

Third party plugins?

Do other files work?

Can you create a new file?

Do you have any corrupt fonts?

I am also having the same problem, AI loads splashscreen and then shuts down, as a restul it is not possible to reset anything as the program will not open!

Other suggestions are invtited
