Illustrator stuck in sign in loop

Dear,

illustrator is not launching as it keeps asking to sign in, and when I hit continue it asks to sign in again,

please note that the license is not expired, and I'm using Mac

Have you restarted and logged into the adobe cloud first, and checked that is running without error.

Thanks for reaching out. Sam is right, sign in loop generally occurs when the creative cloud application is not working properly. Please try the steps shared in the help article and let us know if that helps to resolve the issue. If not, please share the following details:

OS and version of Illustrator
Do other Adobe applications work fine?
