Illustrator Suddenly Not Working

Hello,

So I was able to use Illustrator until about a week ago. Now, when I go to open the app, I am prompted to start a free trial. This is incredibly confusing to me and I am not even sure how to troubleshoot this. Some more background:

  • I created an Adobe for Enterprise account with my college (The New School) email.
  • I have also paid a yearly fee of around $219 (does this not include Illustrator?).
  • When I sign into my Adobe account, Illustrator is NOT listed as one of the apps I can use even though it was previously listed.

I am at a loss. Like why was I be able to use Illustrator before but not now? Since I will be using Illustrator frequently, I thought I was purchasing yearly access to it - not just a trial.

Please help!!!
