Illustrator 'tags' for a template? Making mass email signatures

I'm making over 100 email signatures in Illustrator from an origianl I've created. Is there a way to create tags or something similair for certain text boxes to expedite the process? Ex) For "Name" text box I can import from another program (excel) or another mass list. Same for "title", "extension" etc..

I'm open to any creative ideas so I don't lose my mind making these things. Thank you

Variables might be exactly what I need!

Maybe the screenshot will help. I tried to blur out my info so it looks a little odd. I just need data elements for 1. Name, 2. Title, and 3. Extension. But like I mentioned there will be over 100 of them.

It looks like variables might work? I know HTML code but I can get a list in excel. Thank you for the responses and help.

I have this origianl design in an artboard in Illustrator. Each line is it's own text box.

That looks like a perfect match for variables.

To get the 100 files exported you can create an Action and use Batch from the Actions menu and Data Sets as Source

Please show what you want to do.

Variables might allow this.

Or if this is about exporting, then "Export for screens"
