Illustrator taking too much time

Whenever I apply a 3D effect in the 3D and Materials Panel, it takes too much time on windows. I tried the latest version of Illustrator and Windows but the same problem but when I see the one who uses macOS, they don't get this problem. How can I fix it on Windows?
