Illustrator Temporarily Freezes After Launch (Mac)

When I launch Illustrator it opens fine, but when I go to click the window to minimize it, it freezes for a minute or so. This happens just about every time, or maybe even every time. I have fully reinstalled it and it continues to happen on the beta version that I just downloaded. Anyone else dealing with this? Thanks!

Running the newest of macOS Ventura and both Illustrator apps.

Hi Dakota B,

try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to make a deep uninstall and also remove any corrupt files.
