Illustrator text cursor invisible

Mac Studio M2 Max, Sequoia 15.5, Illustrator 2025.

 

Text cursor invisible. Only solution is to darken UI and I don't work with the dark screens. I've tried resetting everything in AI and Mac system settings. This makes AI unsuable for my workflow.

Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and checking if it helps? If the problem persists, kindly share a small screen recording of the problem, so I can better assist you.
